TINJAUAN YURIDIS PADA PROSEDUR PERSETUJUAN TINDAKAN MEDIS (INFORMED CONCENT) (Studi di Rumah Sakit Kristen Mojowarno)

Analyzing initiatives to raise the standard of public services in Singosari District is the goal of this research. We conducted in-depth interviews with employees and members of the public as informants using a descriptive qualitative methodology. According to the findings, Singosari District has made a number of attempts to enhance public services, such as distributing workloads evenly among staff members, increasing staff competence via frequent training, and streamlining digital services to make them easier for the general public to use. Additionally, efficient service delivery is supported by sufficient infrastructure and facilities, and public participation in active service supervision promotes accountability. However, challenges persist, including unequal facility distribution and a shortage of human resources. In order to guarantee that public services in Singosari District are more effective, efficient, and responsive to community demands, this research comes to the conclusion that these efforts need to be further improved.
